For one, butter or ghee? A child is not suppose to eat dairy products until they are 1 year of age. <br /><br />Honey is like poison to infants up until the age of a year. <br /><br />Colostrum- the milk that comes from the new mother in the first 2-3 days- is the most nutritious. <br /><br />Not holding a baby until 3 months? Drs encourage you to hold your child to bond with them and show they are loved. You know, skin to skin.
